You will be working alongside other dynamic, tenacious people in the customer engagement team! This means you will be looking after the customers once the Sales team have sold the product. Your role will be to manage the customer accounts once the Sales team have sold the software. You will be responsible for renewing the contracts and providing excellent customer service.  They work with customers, such as Disney, Kia motors, UNICEF and Boots and over 70% of the Fortune 500 companies too! Good customer engagement people are entrepreneurial, have amazing communication skills and a dynamic, positive personality and this is what we are looking for!

SAAS is ‚Äòon demand‚Äô software meaning companies don‚Äôt have to spend lots of money on their own IT infrastructure, they can access the software AS and WHEN they need it! To give you some statistics on how Huge the SAAS market is…according to a Gartner estimate SAAS sales in 2010 reached $10bn and are projected to increase to $12.1bn IN 2011 MEANING this is an AMAZING industry to be getting into!
