You will be working alongside other dynamic, tenacious graduates in the customer engagement team! This means you will be looking after the customer after the sale. You will have to have excellent customer service skills and be passionate about people. You will be responsible for training the customer on the product, dealing with inquiries and responsible for renewals. They work with Disney, Kia motors, UNICEF and Boots, Ministry of Defence and over 70% of the Fortune 500 companies too!  As this is such a fast growth company, successful candidates can expect a FAST progression plan! Our last candidate has been promoted after only 4 months!
Their software is in the exciting Software as a service (SAAS) space. SAAS is ‚Äòon demand‚Äô software meaning companies don‚Äôt have to spend lots of money on their own IT infrastructure, they can access the software AS and WHEN they need it! To give you some statistics on how Huge the SAAS market is…according to a Gartner estimate SAAS sales in 2010 reached $10bn and are projected to increase to $12.1bn IN 2011 MEANING this is an AMAZING industry to be getting into!
